Service Description
Do you feel a longing to create, but find yourself questioning your ideas, putting them off, or worrying that you’re not good enough? This workshop brings together creative practices inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way and the curiosity and compassion of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll explore both the part of you that wants to create and the parts that may hesitate, criticize, or feel afraid of being seen. Through writing, creative exploration, guided reflection, and shared conversation, you’ll practice listening to these parts with curiosity, discovering what they need, and making more room for your creative voice. You don’t need to consider yourself an artist. Bring your curiosity and a desire to reconnect with what wants to emerge—whether that’s art, writing, a new idea, or a fuller expression of yourself. We meet in person, in Centerville, Ohio every other Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm on the following dates: January 20, 2027 February 3, 2027 February 17, 2027 March 3, 2027 March 17, 2027 March 31, 2027 April 14, 2027 This supportive group gives you space to be real, with time between sessions to reflect, apply, and grow.
